My experience with Safeguarding Children e-Academy has been satisfactory. The course content was informative, but I found it lacking in real-life examples. The trainers were knowledgeable, but at times their explanations were dry and monotonous. The website was easy to navigate, but I faced some technical issues during assessments. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues. Overall, I would rate my experience as average and suggest improvements in providing more practical examples.
