As a CUSTOMER, I have had an average experience with Baker Dearing Educational Trust. The services provided were satisfactory, but nothing out of the ordinary. The website, utcolleges.org, is functional, but could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
