I recently purchased some metal products from a company I found online. The experience was decent overall, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The products themselves were of good quality and well priced. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. I had a few questions about the products and it took them quite a while to respond. Overall, I would consider buying from them again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
