This is the worst loan company I ve ever had to deal with. There is no way to get human contact w this company. Whenever I call or receive a call you spend 20 minute talking to an automated operator, once you navigate to actually get on hold, they never put you through to an operator. When you choose to receive a call back when the line is free, it never comes. 4 days later a robot will call you back. Rinse and repeat ad nauseam. I am currently working on refinancing just to get rid of this company, i feel bad for whoever gets their mortgage sold to this terribly run company. The leaders apparently have 0 clue on how to run a business, the leadership is embarrassingly lacking to the point that I can t wait for the free market to run these diet bags into the ground. Listen to the other reviews because they will try and scam you, rotten, rotten, rotten leadership. If I could give it a 0 star I would because they didn t even earn a 1.
