I am tired of trying to beat the timer and parking...

I am tired of trying to beat the timer and parking meter. Today the lazy man with a beard spent time deflecting as i was trying to pay upstairs and give myself 15 minutes to go downstairs and not rush out. Rather than help or admit he didn't know he deflected and was trying to send me downstairs to the parking garage to pay. The very thing i was trying to avoid. Thanks for nothing lazy skinny beard man. Not coming back ever. Kudos to the young man who stepped in and helped me. By then it was a minute too late. Can someone educate this lazy servant of knowledge.....with some knowledge?.
