I used to work for this company and was encouraged to review the company to boost public image. As a recruiter, I was laid off due to COVID. Within about six weeks, I was brought back to work as a salaried position with no title, no specific job description, and no clear vision or purpose, other than pushing to get people hired for jobs for future openings. Because of COVID, I was desperate. One day, I had to leave as my wife was being admitted to the hospital in labor with our first child. The next day, while we were in the hospital, APA called me to let me know that they were making cuts and I was one of those cuts. I wouldn t recommend working here by any means. A few good employees within what could be the best agency but poor management makes that impossible. Others may have a different opinion but I felt this company could care less about me or my family.
