I had only a few weeks to secure the perfect place in Canberra while still living in Sydney. After some bad experiences with other well-known agencies, I inquired Georgia about an apartment advertised on AllHomes. She was very responsive from the very first message and helped us find the perfect place for us and our cat, which she cleared with the landlord before the inspection instead of forcing us to drive back-and-forth to Canberra for inspections where pets wouldn't be considered anyway. Once the property was secured, the rest of the process went really smoothly and 100% online. The property manager called me a few minutes after my application was approved to congratulate me and give me clear instructions on the next steps.
So, if you are moving interstate to Canberra, do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with other agencies. These guys know what they are doing.
P.s.: Georgia addressed our cat by the name and recommended us a nice vegan restaurant to visit when we get there. The little things that make a big difference ;).
