My experience with Douglas was average. While their service was satisfactory, I did not feel that they went above and beyond to meet my needs. The staff was friendly, but there were some communication issues that caused delays and confusion. Overall, I would still recommend Douglas, but I hope they can improve their attention to detail and responsiveness in the future.
