As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Val associates inc as average. The overall experience with the company was just satisfactory. The website vallabs.com is simple and easy to navigate, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service was prompt in responding to queries, but they could have been more helpful and proactive. The products offered by the company are fine but not exceptional. Overall, I have had a decent experience with Val associates inc.
