Total Control Health Plans is an average company. Their services are just okay, nothing extraordinary. The website is user-friendly and the information is easy to find. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a long time to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they are average.
