I had a mixed experience with Lithium networks, llc. While their product quality is excellent, the customer service needs improvement. The website is user-friendly and offers a wide range of hardware options. However, when I had an issue with my order, it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. They eventually resolved the issue, but the delay was frustrating.
