The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I had the opportunity to learn various Taoist qigong and tai chi forms, and I can confidently say that my experience at the academy was transformative. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere added to the overall serenity and tranquility of the place.
