I had a mixed experience with Graphic sense. The quality of their web design work was great, but I found their customer service to be lacking. There were delays in communication and some miscommunication during the project. However, they did manage to deliver a satisfactory end product. If you don't mind dealing with some hiccups along the way, I would still recommend giving Graphic sense a try for their design skills.
