Avery from General Heating came to do a maintenance check on a Carrier Infinity system, both furnace and AC, that was installed two years ago. We have had no problems with the system. He was personable, willing to describe what he was doing, advise me on routine filter change and water panel change that I could do myself and inspired confidence in his ability and the quality of our HVAC system.
