CUSTOMER just wanted to say that Hard Drive Radio is doing an average job. The overall experience on their website is decent and there is a good variety of music genres available to choose from. However, I feel like the user interface could be improved. There are some navigation issues and it can sometimes be difficult to find specific songs or artists. But in terms of song quality and streaming reliability, Hard Drive Radio does a great job. I haven't experienced any buffering or playback issues so far. Overall, I would rate Hard Drive Radio as average.
