I had mixed feelings initially about using a senior resource service, but Senior Resource Council definitely changed my perspective. They were incredibly thorough and took the time to understand the unique needs of my aging parents. The staff was knowledgeable and provided useful recommendations. Overall, I had a positive experience working with them.
