It is always a pleasure to place orders with Hallis Hudson. The customer service is mostly very friendly and always helpful and supportive. The made to measure team is all that plus the technical knowledge (some people know more some people less as everywhere) and additionally if you know what you want from made to measure sector, you can place an order yourself in the WebShop which is open untill 11pm. Made to measure orders take only 3 days (some 11 days, depends on the hardware you are interested in) to be dispatched and once it is diepatched the parcel reaches you the next day. Everything else (if in stock of course) is dispached the same day (if you order before 4pm) and will be with you the next day (at least that is my experience).
I had an fast-paced bespoke order that needed to be dispached in 2 days and after talking to the customer service, they arranged everything in a way to achieve that. I am more than happy with their service.
