I had a mixed experience with Gtu Mobility GmbH & Co. KG. Some aspects of their service were great, while others left something to be desired. The website was easy to navigate and I appreciated the clear pricing information. However, the customer service could have been more responsive and helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Gtu Mobility as average.
