The experience with Venture Motions was average. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Venture Motions is an okay company, but there is room for improvement.
