I had some doubts before I scheduled an appointment with Catalyst Counseling, LLC, but I'm glad I did. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with useful strategies to overcome my challenges. They made me feel comfortable and I felt heard throughout the entire process. Definitely a positive experience!
