I've been playing Albion Online for a while now and I must say it's a breath of fresh air in the MMO world. The game is skill-based rather than grind-based which makes it much more enjoyable for me. The economy is player-driven and the PvP combat is intense. The only downside is the occasional server lag, but overall it's a great game.
