I recently tried Passie Bloom Shop for the first time and had a somewhat average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. The flowers arrived on time, but they were not as fresh as I had expected. Some of the flowers started wilting within a couple of days, which was disappointing. I contacted customer service, who were helpful and offered a refund. While I appreciate their responsiveness, I would have preferred better quality flowers. Passie Bloom Shop has room for improvement in terms of flower freshness.
