I just received a call from Joshua regarding a fam...

I just received a call from Joshua regarding a family member who was being evaluated.

First off, he just started asking questions without stating that he had any authority to be making the call or that my family member had given authorization to question me.

I found his questioning leading and not helpful ---- he asked, so tell me about the problems your xx has been having xxx.

When I pointed out how this was a leading question, he yelled at me that he's been doing his job for a long time and knows what he is doing.

He appears to be a man looking for problems and not solutions.
