I have been a customer of Mercado Eletrônico for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. They have a decent website and the ordering process is smooth. However, their customer support could use some improvement. I have had a few issues in the past and it took them quite a while to resolve them. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars.
