The service was fair but lengthy to mount one tire...

The service was fair but lengthy to mount one tire and rotate the four ( 2 1/2 hrs.) There was confusion with communication as far as what was to be completed. Also, the final write up was not complete and it was promised to be sent to me. I have not received it yet.
On a positive note everyone was very friendly.
