I had a mixed experience with Action negotiators. The negotiation skills of their team are top-notch, and I was able to settle my legal matter successfully. However, their customer service could use some improvement. It took a while for them to respond to my emails, and at times, I felt like I was not being heard. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
