I had a mixed experience with Filcams Cgil Metropolitana Venezia. While their website filcams.cgil.it provided a lot of useful information, the customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my queries and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, I would rate them as average.
