I have been a customer of J'ai lu for several years and I must say that their selection of books is quite impressive. They have a wide variety of genres to choose from and their website is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable and they often have sales and promotions. The customer service is also top-notch. Whenever I have had a question or issue, their staff has been quick to respond and resolve it. Overall, I would rate J'ai lu as excellent. I highly recommend them to any book lover!
