The CHILD working the Dash Cafe (Ashley) was extremely rude, apparently it was more important to carry on a conversation about her ex with one of the custodial crew members than it was to actually engage her customer.... the casino itself is usually a nice place to visit, but the restrooms were dirty, as if they had not been cleaned for the whole day, and the machines were tight as could be. Maybe look into replacing Dash Cafe chick with someone who will be willing to hold even a semi-decent conversation with your clientele to keep them coming back!!! I'll be checking out Hollywood from now on.
