I was charged for no reason years after cancelling...

I was charged for no reason years after cancelling my subscription. It is almost impossible to get in touch with a live person to resolve the issue. When I asked for a callback, after being told the wait was "over one hour", I received a text saying they were "not able to call back". I am feeling very frustrated and do not trust this company at all.
