I did a trial shift with this company. the manager tell me that "you would work until lunch and then if it went ok, I would have continued the shift until the end." I finished the shift. ( 9.30 Hours ) .And they didn't hire me ( no problem ) but I felt exploited, if I didn't go well they had to tell me at lunch. Not after I've finished their work, and cleaned YOUR KITCHEN.
you said "we'll let you know at lunch, because we don't want to waste time. At the end of the day the only one who lost the day and the money was me!

I don't write because I wasn't hired. But because after forty minutes of interview you talked about how polite and serious your company could be. maybe there is something wrong
