Very bad experience, I do not recommend it. Interview moment they simulate "professionalism" and "horizontal hierarchy", "your opinion is worth" ha. Administration Area, where I worked: excellent colleagues (the only redeemable), but if we refer to superiors (TT & NC) the worst as professionals, they form their group and discard those who think differently, if you are not a friend, you do not count, if not they like you are out.
Luckily I'm out, sorry for the friends that stayed.
If you are just starting out, it may help you, but if you consider that you have an armed career, you are a good professional and you value yourself, respect yourself and look for another place; better left.
