The experience with Designs In Motion was average. The website was easy to navigate, but the overall design of the site could have been better. The customer service was satisfactory, but there was some miscommunication regarding the project timeline. In the end, the final product was delivered on time, but it didn't meet all of my expectations. Overall, it was an okay experience.
