The overall experience with J+d software ag has been average. The software tools provided by the company are good, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. The user interface could also be more user-friendly. Overall, I would say it's an okay experience.
