I recently used a travel agency for a trip and found the services to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was smooth. However, I encountered some issues with the communication and responsiveness of the customer service team. Although the trip itself was enjoyable, the lack of follow-up and assistance from the company could have been improved. The overall experience was not disappointing, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. I hope to see better communication and proactive assistance in the future.
