I recently used the services of a financial planning firm based in my local area and found it to be a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided some helpful information, but I felt that the level of personalized attention could have been better. While the advisors were knowledgeable and professional, I didn't feel like the recommendations were customized enough to my specific situation.
