I had an average experience with Dismas Pumps, INC. Their website was easy to navigate and find the products I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I finally did, it was not very helpful. Overall, their products are of good quality but I hope they improve their customer service.
