The experience with this timber company was average. The quality of the timber was decent, but the delivery took longer than expected, causing some inconvenience. The customer service was polite, but not very proactive in addressing our concerns. The pricing was competitive, so that was a plus. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer communication.
