I recently came across a website called lesucre.com and it had a lot of useful information about sugar. The content was comprehensive and well-organized. The Centre d'etudes et de documentation du sucre (cedus) seems to be doing a great job in providing valuable resources to the industry. I didn't find any issues with the website or the information provided. I would highly recommend them!
