I recently used the services of In Home Support Services Consortium and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the staff was friendly and professional, and they were able to provide the support I needed. However, there were some small issues that bothered me. The communication could have been better, and there were a few times when I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Overall, I would say that the company offers an average level of service.
