I had a mixed experience with Jcpenney. While the prices and selection were good, the quality of the clothes I ordered was not up to par. Some items arrived damaged or with loose threads. However, the customer service was helpful and refunded me for the damaged items. I appreciate their responsiveness, but I hope they improve their quality control.
