ProCredit Bank Macedonia is an average company. I have been a customer of this bank for several years now and overall, I have had an average experience. The customer service is decent, not exceptional. The online banking platform is convenient, but could use some improvements. The interest rates offered on savings accounts are average compared to other banks. It would be great if they could offer more competitive rates.
