I've been a customer of Solomon McCown & Co. for over a year now and I can confidently say that they are an average PR company. While they are good at what they do, I feel like there is room for improvement. Sometimes their responsiveness could be better and I've had a few instances where I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. Overall, an okay experience but not exceptional.
