I moved to Richmond in January 2020 and have been going to Pearson Mazda since then. They helped me with everything from getting my virginia registration set up, to doing my regular service appointments.

The service techs are always extremely friendly, especially John, who I normally work with. He takes his time to explain everything to me without being condescending (as a young woman, this is a big deal).

If there is a recommendation for service that I know I can handle (i.e. air filter changes, etc.) they are never pushy about doing it for me, so i can save a few dollars and do it myself.

My car wouldn t start not long ago and Pearson easily could ve charged me for a full service appointment to identify the problem. Instead they let me know the only issue was my battery and I was able to save money by cashing out on my battery warranty with autozone.

I definitely recommend and will continue to use their services.
