Poor working standards for women.You will hear sexist remarks often sometimes from your own Dept. Head that's why you will hardly see any girl reviewing the company here. Bad if you join now this company used to be good 2 yrs back the new management came and they don't bother abt employees.Worked here for 3.5 in finance department but as CS and legal Manager.Research a lot before going there. I would suggest not to join because of the atmosphere and poor working standards even though it's in aerocity.
