Extremely disappointed in the management of Kastee...

Extremely disappointed in the management of Kasteel Engelenburg that allows their guests to pay for the mistakes they have made when providing incomplete / incorrect information on their website regarding the reservation of lunch. It is incomprehensible that they also try to put it in my shoes, but in the meantime adjust the website based on my complaint, which proves that I am right. Perhaps compensation? No, unfortunately, they do not know that word at Kasteel Engelenburg, which shows a very unprofessional and inadequate management. I will certainly not recommend Castle Engelenburg to our bridal couples!
