My wife and I transferred our QROPS pensions from another Malta based scheme to the Momentum Malta Retirement Trust, and we're so glad we did.
The initial reason for transferring over was the shoddy customer service of the other pension provider. It was giving us sleepless nights and anxiety. So far, Momentum staff have bowled us over with their friendliness and exceptional diligence to detail on every aspect of our pensions.
Both transfers took approx 2-3 months to move, with the only delays due to the other company (using any delay tactic they could).
