Overall, I had a decent experience with Memory Bank Computers. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to assist me with finding the best computer for my needs. The prices were reasonable and the selection was good. However, the customer service could have been better. There were a few instances where I felt like I was being rushed or dismissed. Additionally, the return policy could be more flexible. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
