Setup an appointmentment, found out maybe a day later I no longer needed the service. I've been calling from about mid July up to today (8/14/17) at the correct time slot (8am-10am) and have left countless messages in an attempt to cancel my appointment to no avail. I've called several numbers/extensions for the church in an attempt to reach someone of higher authority only to be told I should just leave another message. The woman on the line said they usually take about a week to respond to, however it's been roughly a month.
