I recently had the opportunity to work with Esi toronto and I must say that the experience was average. The website, esit.com, is easy to navigate and has all the necessary information about the company. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and I had to wait a long time to get my issues resolved. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
